This was the first time I decided to go away from a resort setting and try apartment hotels. I do not think I would go back to a resort ever again. It was easy to find, clean, and comfortable. Went with my family of 15 we all loved it. Will recommend it. Thank you Mano and Genesis.

I booked this hotel for my brothers, we had 4 out of 6 rooms, it was a really great experience. This is located on the strip of Sosua if you want to relax or night life, this is the place to stay with everything that you will need nearby. The staff are really good and attentive.

Despite the construction of the new wing which will be done by the beginning of October i nothing to complain about. Mirleny,Ruth,Jenny, and all the other hotel staff are fabulous just outstanding customer service! I'm in love with the new architecture plan of the hotel it has a nice modern contemporary appeal. I love the privacy of the hotel it has secretive,intimate but a revealing cosmopolitan fondness to itself. Excellent food, perfect location within 2 minutes to the main strip, great security, extremely clean, very nice mattresses despite the fact it's not 4 or 5 star hotel.

The Palace didn't start as a luxury hotel but rather a private residence. But now it is open to the public to get a glimpse of what it must be like to live like royalty! The location is ideal. The Cliff House is literally built into the ocean-side cliff. The main building (The Palace) is set back across wonderful landscaping and terraced walkways with fantastic views. A third building (the guesthouse) has 4 guest rooms as well. This is an ideal location for a relaxing and private vacation. Meals are set out by the staff on the back porch which receives a wonderful breeze all day. Other covered porches and gazebos offer relief from the sun when needed. The pool is comfortable and refreshing. Local wildlife includes resident chickens and peacocks. However, all of these amazing facilities pale in comparison to the tremendous staff whose only mission seems to be to pamper you and make you feel like you are the only guests in the hotel. To be fair, on two nights, we were. But the morning, afternoon, and evening staff were attentive, courteous, helpful, polite and right there whenever they were needed. The service is truly world-class--unmatched at all but the most exclusive luxury international hotels. Details: Location on the ocean, not as some Google Maps put it in Rio San Juan. Look for the kidney-shaped pool. ATM available in town; staff will give you a ride. Get a ride from airport thru the hotel to save hassle; meal plan available at hotel too.

the hotel was fun, the food ok but needs improvement and variety. the beach is beautiful. the bar service was excellent and we must give credit to roberto for its excellent customer service

This was my second stay here in 3 months ,I love this place it's clean quiet ,beautiful rooms beautiful scenery close to food and bars it's a great place for vacation. I had a upgraded room this time and I liked it a little better , the pool the Kite surfing all pluses for this hotel,there's a spa workout room and very nice restaurant Also but the view from poolside is spectacular. take a stroll down the beach to other restaurants and bars you will love it here.

nice quite stay far from the village. if you have a car this hotel is perfect. without its to far too walk..

Just the place to enjoy and relax! The rooms were very clean, the continental breakfast outstanding, a very nice 2 minute walk to the beach, plenty on restaurants close by to enjoy all kind of meals from the typical island dishes to Mediterranean and European Cuisine. Garden by the Sea is run by its owner Nikki Wilson and her first priority is hers resort guests. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a relax time, in a beautiful Garden by the Sea.

I was there for four night and were treated by the hotel staff like a king, specialy in the restorant by Osiris(o' LaLa) and el Rubio, when i arrive to to hotel in the reception by Frncis definitly coming back and recomend family and friends
