More like a country house than an B & B. Large room with fantastic view. Very comfortable bed, comfy chairs to sit in and read. Teas, coffee and fresh bottle of water everyday and Kit Kats. Decent size shower room and sink. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast with a fairly wide choices, was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. Olaf was a great source of information and managed the property very well. Lovely gardens front and back. Only negative which we were warned about...

Clean, modern, centrally located, wonderful spa…. It offers everything you need!

Lovely little B&B, staff realliy friendly perfect little weekend break for me and my partner, Breakfast was really good quality.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. We had a guided tour on arrival and the room was so spacious and well decorated, would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Really pleasant guest house in a good neighbourhood with places to eat, drink and shop but also just a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms. Lovely queen size bed with top quality linen. Excellent host: friendly, informative but not intrusive. Thoroughly recommend.

This is without doubt the quirkiest and nicest place we have ever visited. The decor and art work is amazing. The staff are exceptional. Each room has a different theme, art work and accessories. It's amazing just to look around the place. They have fantastic chandeliers and the reception area is a must to see. The beds are difficult to get out of. So confortable. The room and ensuite was spotless. There was nothing about this hotel that we could fault. To call this a hotel is wrong. It's an...

The hotel was very nicely styled, comfortable and in a good location. The staff were exceptional and the food very good too. Our only comment would be that the bed in our room was a standard double - 4ft 6 which was really too small in this day and age . I would expect even a standard room to have a king size bed. We would highly recommend the hotel despite this and would stay again.

Lovely place to stay - beautiful part of Bath, we walked everywhere with ease,(galleries, shops, cinema, restaurants etc) and they serve a fantastic breakfast. Sweet staff.

great location

The location is brilliant and the owners can’t do enough for you. Very clean and comfortable, breakfast is a bit expensive

The property was clean, well maintained lovely decoration, staff friendly and helpful, good position short walk 5mins into the centre, id stay again definately 17.05 2021

Amazing hotel in a good area near good restaurants and bars. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful.

A lovely hotel with modern rooms and polite and friendly staff. Food is excellent and is a very short walk to the centre of bath. There is also a long stay carpark just behind brooks that you can use or they can provide a permit for your car as parking in bath is a nightmare. I would definately stay here again and recommend brooks guesthouse to anyone.

This studio was perfect for a short break. Well set out to feel bigger than it is. Great facilities. Warm welcome on arrival and right in the city centre. Could not recommend enough.

This is just perfect! Great location, great apartment, really nice welcome, can not fault it. You wont get better value for money!

Good stay. Some areas could be cleaned better. Noticed some hairs in the bathroom and bits on the floor but overall a nice hotel in a good location and for a reasonable price when i booked.
