Hotel was lovely albeit a few minor issues. The tiles around the outdoor thermal pool are in need of maintenance and repair. Always littler on the floor around pools even at 8am! Air ventilation’s in shower room in spa were a little dirty and the soap dispensers in the showers were broken or empty. ...
Top service and staff, stay out of the foggy wing as it smells a bit of dog. Also beware when they offer tea to your room (no facilities in the room), we paid £21 for three pots!
Just got back from 3 nights at Bath Lodge Castle, we had one of the family rooms (1 x king & 2 x singles) which was nice enough for our needs, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was ok, you had to make your own Toast & Boiled Eggs if you wanted them but everything else was ...
Room very good size and very clean. Fresh milk availability for tea and coffee in room nice touch. Staff all very friendly and helpful, particularly in restaurant. Breakfast and evening meals excellent. Awful little roads leading to property but well worth the effort on arrival. Good sized car park. ...
The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel had lovely original features with a contempory twist. Our room was comfortable and bigger than expected. The spa was a great experience (even swimming in the outdoor pool on a cold and frosty evening).

Reception and concierge always well-manned with plenty of staff and the GM helping out when it's really busy. As soon as we parked outside the hotel we were helped ...
We chose this hotel because it has a car park. It is in a good location about 10 minutes walk to the Abbey, shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and the choice at breakfast excellent with hot food freshly cooked. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Fantastic location, wonderful quirky and beautifully furnished room, best cooked breakfast and amazing welcome and hospitality from Kate. Couldn't have wished for more. Thank you.
My overall experience, was fantastic, clean, comfortable with a friendly dog. And close to Bath town centre making it easy to get to all the sights.
