"Had not realized it is the only hotel in Bath that has access to the hot mineral springs. They block off two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening where hotel guests can come and go as you please and use the Spa with access to the hot tubs, infrared sauna, steam room, ice baths and pool. It was excellent! "

"The hotel is well located and easy walking distance to all the attractions. Service is exceptional in the restaurant and bar and really made the experience. As we settled in with cocktails before dinner, there was no rush to move through to the restaurant. The restaurant team were welcoming, informative and friendly. Food was incredible and overall a lovely evening. "
