"Wonderful property! Very clean with lots of charm and friendly staff. Great amenities in the room and we love the honor mini bar in the lobby. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Location was perfect and close to everything. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

"The size of the flat exceeded my expectations based on the online description. It's not in the prettiest bit of town but it's only five minutes walk from the centre. Communication was good prior to check-in, particularly as I booked last minute, and the breakfast items were very welcome. I would ..."

"#15 went out of their way to help my Mother and i to enjoy our stay. Staff were extremely helpful & courteous!
My Mother was in a wheelchair and were concerned - they made our stay easy!
The room was very comfortable, clean, bright and large!
Thankyou #15, you will see us again!"

"The hotel itself had a lot of charm, much better than staying at a Premier Inn or Travelodge. The room was well-appointed including hair dryer, ironing board & iron, and I really appreciated the heated drying rack! They left an assortment of teas and had a nice metal electric kettle. It is quite near town, but you had to climb up a big hill to walk back. I liked the exercise but not the time it took. I paid separately for 2 nights - breakfast was included on the cheaper night but not included on the more expensive night, which exasperated me. The breakfast was lovely, by the way, with lots of wonderful choices. Overall, a good experience in Bath."
