All the staff were exceptional. Always service with a smile. No request was too hard for them. A quirky hotel - not the norm which is nice to see. Would happily recommend this hotel and would look to stay here if I was in Bath again.

The only small problem is the nit enough car pRking space you can park on the main road but if it is late there is little street lightingand you have to walk down hill on the side of the road not great when you are on your own . Food in restaurant dinner and breakfast excellent .
