The hotel was a great experience, the room was clean and tidy with the staff being friendly. The breakfast was better than any of the ones we had in the town with local sausages and attentive service. Don’t forget to try a little of the salt rub in the main lounge, not sure if it’s home made or bought in but my skin felt incredible after. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay, the breakfast every morning was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for walking into Bath city centre and exploring. We would definitely stay again if visiting Bath again.

We had a lovely stay here for my mum’s 60th birthday. Upon arrival, we were given a birthday card and a box of chocolates, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and no request was too much trouble. We were able to check in early and check out late, which was particularly helpful as I had a 10K race during our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with speedy service and the option to have whatever you wanted freshly made to order. The yoghurt and compote in particular were absolutely delicious! We would love to know where they were from so we could buy them ourselves! Parking was also convenient and hassle-free, and the location is excellent — only around a 15-minute walk into Bath city centre, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, we were really impressed with the hotel, the lovely staff and the excellent service. Great value for money and we would definitely recommend it and stay again!

Debbie was lovely and very helpful. The room was super comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The only tiny point was that is was very hot in the house and room (very warm out too) but the fan that was provided was extremely noisy and not really useful. Again many thanks for a wonderful sat and hope to see you again soon.

A lovely hotel in a great location to explore Bath with free parking. We had a cozy double room that was great. Loved the extra touches of a coffee machine and biscuits. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay . Everything was freshly prepared and of the best quality. We will be back

The hotel offers free parking, which is a big plus as we traveled from Belgium to England by car. It takes only 10 minutes on foot to reach the centre of Bath, so we used the car only when visiting the surrounding villages. Our room was very spacious, and the nice surprise was the Nespresso machine. Also, the breakfast was delicious, and vegetarian options are available.

Rooms were very clean, staff were great, however we went out for the day and returned later in the evening to find our room hadn’t been serviced, no bed made, no clean towels, no clean cups etc, was so disappointing after a long day. Breakfast was excellent, gluten free was no problem at all, parking was good with ev charging too. We will be going back as we believe it was a plain oversight. A really lovely little hotel!!

Great place to stay and explore Bath from. Close drive to city Center if you need to or close walk which would be advised. Clean, friendly and very homely, with a great breakfast.
