"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary cookies given at reception desk on arrival. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Fridge, iron and ironing board were available in rooms. Within in a few minutes walking distance of Roman baths and shopping centre. Supermarket next door. Parking available for a charge. Restaurant within hotel with nice food. Good gym facilities. Highly recommend."

"Lovely beautiful rooms with city view enjoyed our stay only issue is paid car parking outside the building but not far away… we had a blue badge so they accommodated us inside building next to the main entrance very polite and helpful staff best experience defo coming again "

"Extremely professional and friendly staff, beautiful scenery however our bedroom had a spiders nest in the corner. Management did however resolve this issue and upgraded us which was lovely. Breakfast is delicious especially the strawberry jam definitely must try! "

"I had a fantastic stay at the Clayton Hotel Bristol. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and breakfast was a real highlight.
