"Good hotel, short walk to waterfront bars, "
Good hotel, short walk to waterfront bars and @Bristol, etc. Pool is not huge but the kids loved it and it's big enough for a splash about or short lengths. The staff were great, it was pretty clean and breakfast was good. Only downside is no opening windows in room, this as many other hotels are too reliant on aircon!

hotel was really central, all staff exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially the bar man in the cellar bar. My room was very clean and my bed made up every day. Broad Street has some great places to eat very close by and Bristol was a super experience.

"Fantastic location! Opposite the water front!"
Next door to sainsburys if you need any little extras! To be fair though they have everything thought of! Hair dryer, iron, breakfast, milk, water extras in the bathroom. The bed is quite firm but when you wake up you realise how nice its been to have such a firm mattress If you use the heating you will find half way through the night you need to turn it off as the place gets lovely and warm! The facilties to cook and dine are brilliant! Only one down fall, the tank for the hot water is very small! So if you like your showers, be prepare to wait 30 minutes to have the water hot again! Other than that would def stay again!

"Perfect location, friendly staff"
Really enjoyed this hotel. It's perfectly situated for everything you'll possibly need in Bristol city centre. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, a large selection of food from your traditional English breakfast to yogurts and waffles. We would definitely return.

"Perfect for shopping & spa break"
I stayed here with my daughter and we had a great time. First day we were shopping and the hotel is so close to the shops. On the second day we used the gym, pool, sauna etc. then had beauty treatments in the afternoon. Then checked out the following day.

Other Attractions In Bristol - a Few Suggestions

Bristol is home to the grand Victoria Rooms, which, as the name would imply, were built at the turn of the Victorian period and were designed in a Greek Revival theme. The site, owned by the University of Bristol, organises concerts and other live performances throughout the year, and once played host to Charles Dickens.

Elegantly Designed Rooms with Premium Bedding

Another major advantage of choosing four star hotels in Bristol is that you'll benefit from decent-sized, luxury bedding so you'll be guaranteed a pleasant night's sleep. Some hotels also provide pillow menus, and many are happy to provide additional bedding or cots for a nightly surcharge.

A City with Plenty of Pleasant Green Spaces

Bristol has a wide range of picturesque parks such as Snuff Mills, which features a former quarry and is known for its sizeable otter population residing on the River Frome. One of the most visited open spaces is Ashton Court, an 850-acre estate dominated by the imposing Ashton Court mansion and a venue for the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta and the city's Kite Festival.

    See Brunel's SS Great Britain

This mighty ship, which during a period of more than 170 years has sailed the world more than 30 times, was designed by the world-renowned engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel. It's now one of Britain's most popular family attractions, where visitors can explore its decks and learn about what life would have been like aboard in its Victorian heyday.
