"We enjoyed our stay in Bath and this flat. The flat is located just outside the city center with only a few minutes walk to the major sights. The flat is small but has everything you need. Well furnished and comfortable. It was nice having a smart TV with subscriptions to a couple of streaming services. The hosts were accommodating and provided some refreshments."

Door opens directly onto the sidewalk so the noise from outside is noticeable, but only when in the dining room. The kitchen has everything you need and love the three bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and ample space for clothes and luggage."

"We loved watching the activity on the lawn in front of the Royal Crescent. Highly entertaining! The king size mattress was nice and firm, and the sheets smooth and crisp. The people upstairs stomped around a bit on occasion, but other than that, it was great for sleeping. The kitchen had all that we needed - first place I have rented that had ice cube trays! "Great location, beautiful rooms, lots of space. It was an easy walk to the city centre. Groceries are a five minute walk away. The kitchen had everything (dishes, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, etc.). The host was very good at communicating prior to our stay and was very helpful when we arrived and during our stay. This place also does not have an elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases and have problems carrying them up flights of stairs, again this place is not for you. "The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily. Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay."
