All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"The Pelham lodge is an excellent hotel in every way. We always receive a lovely welcome, the rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with thoughtful attention to detail. Tea/coffee/ water supplied along with toiletries, plenty of towels and storage space. The beds are very comfortable and bathroom facilities top class. "Lovely stay at a very friendly hotel. We were made to feel welcome on arrival and the hotel owners Paul and Scarlet could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We did not book breakfast but it was there for us each day if we wanted it. Paul recommended other bars for us to attend and helped reassure us about one we weren't sure about. All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Dragon Fly and will certainly return "

"Had a lovely stay at Gabrielle's for two nights over a weekend. Bed was lovely and comfy and the room was cosy and well looked after. Meg was really sweet and made sure we had everything we needed.
