"The room was even smaller than we had expected but nevertheless contained all of the advertised features. Although our room had a double bed, it was, necessarily, pushed against a wall so that one could only get in or out on one side. We deliberately selected a room without a window to try and reduce external noise: this seemed to work. "

"I had an incredible sleep, a really comfy bed, and so dark and peaceful. The staff are great and the rooms are really cool. The one lift is an issue as you can wait to get into a very crowded lift, and every thing costs more money ( leaving bags etc) also the rooms don’t have wardrobes so not ideal for a long stay, but well worth a night or two "

"We booked this hotel because it was easily acessible from inner London as my family from France was coming for our wedding. They had enough rooms for all 17 of us and three of these were next to each other. The double rooms were not very spacious, but comfortable and very clean. The support from the hotel staff was amazing helping us book cabs to get to our venue and recommending places to eat nearby. "

"Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Room clean, spacious and with everything needed for overnight stay. Booked an accessible room that had a wet room - the shower drain blocked causing water to make most of the bathroom floor wet, but maintenance were sent straight away and they were able to resolve this. Main bed was comfy but very creaky with any slight move. Sofa bed mattress wasn’t great but our daughter coped for 1 night. Had food in the hotel - service was so slow but the food was...

"The hotel room was fully renovated, very spacious and clean. Bathroom was big enough and had a good and relaxing shower. Hotel was under renovations and only negative point was that they did not let us know about the temporary entrance. The surrounding area was well served by restaurants and coffee shops, and very near from the next subway station. Hotel had a bar with pool table and thought that was cool they were transmitting Premier League and Formula 1 on a big screen."

"Average hotel across from Dt Pancras and Kings Cross stations which is why we chose it as we were heading away the following day on the Eurostar. Very convenient location. Bit rundown. Had elevator but you need to walk downstairs to catch it and as we were staying on the 2nd floor, had to exit the elevator and walk another flight of stairs. Weird. "
