The staff are very welcoming and obliging and we have always found the rooms to be nice and clean with all the facilitys you need. And the beds are very comfortable "

"We had room 20 it was clean cosy and had a working tv and remote . There was plenty of coffee tea and milk. Bed was comfy and we were given fresh towels . Shower was nice and hot . Absolutely brilliant for a budget hotel . I would stay again . "

"We stayed at The Carlton Best Western Hotel Blackpool. Hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff were lovely, very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them. It is in a prime spot for buses, trams & taxis. Its also only a short walk into town centre. I would definitely be retaining in the near future."
