"There is only one working elevator for a 35 story building. The tenants all told me that yesterday, not one elevator was working. So to climb 33 stories would have been impossible for me. That’s just unacceptable!! But the apartment I am in is clean and in good shape for an older high rise apartment building."

"Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Dan, May and Val. The room was comfortable and well equipped with mini fridge and microwave. The hotel was in great condition, clean and new, the bathroom was great and beds comfortable. My mom loved the shower head. Breakfast was good with hot options. We would definitely stay here again! "It was all as expected with the exception of having one shower for the entire floor. I wish I knew this in advance. I knew it was communal shower but not that it was actually only one. It is a bit noisy but not from the jazz music (which btw was really good) but from traffic and loud guests. Sonic insulation of windows and doors is not great. The mattress could do with a replacement. But everything else was great: very clean, close to downtown, practical amenities in the room, nice concierge...

"The property was a lovely old historic building - clean and well kept. I had a lovely view out of my window. A cherry tree was blooming I did not like that I had to climb to the second floor to my room. I was having trouble with balance and knee pain, and this was difficult for me"

"Overall property was great. Clean. Location was ideal. However the team managing the reservation were not great. They initially had the incorrect location for my reservation. Then they required payment in order to send the property my reservation even though I had selected the option to pay once I arrived. I ended up waiting 45 mins at the property to get things sorted with the property management team before I could checkin. Once checked in though everything else was great. "

Location was close to everything you can possibly think of, restaurants, bars, convenient store, tourist locations, I mean I could go on and on. "This was the perfect place to stay to go see the Bluejay’s game. The building is located within walking distance to the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium and the Rogers Centre. The Suite balcony has a great view of the City and the Lake. We stayed in an Suite with 2 big bedrooms with comfortable Queen size beds. We appreciate the full privacy provided by our Suite. "The view was amazing, as I was on the 47th floor. I defiantly would come back and stay here again. The host made sure that I made it to the location as I was on foot and did not know my way around, he made sure I was safe. I really felt safe when I arrived."
