A wonderful stay all around. Service was consistently excellent - from a smooth and welcoming check-in, to the attentive valet team, to the great service from the wait staff at Trios both during the day and in the evening. Very clean, excellent service, friendly staff. The only thing I would change is the pillows. I found them to be very hard and uncomfortable, but everybody’s preferences are different. My husband didn’t mind them at all. We had breakfast included with our rooms and it was excellent. Very close to the Eaton center; probably a one minute walk very close to the corner of Young and Dundas. I would stay there again.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic from the time we arrived the greetings at the front door to the customer service at the front desk for check-in fast, very efficient the room that we had the service that we had durning our stay was amazing there was nothing to report everything was Top Notch the service at the bar and at the restaurant everyone was fast and friendly had excellent Custom Service really great experience we look forward to returning
