My husband and I visited Barbados for a wedding and this privately owned, quaint resort was pefect. The room was what I expected and the location was absolute amazing. The views, the relaxing vibes and the easy to go service was all that we needed. One disadvantage though is there are no places to eat out nearby during the day time. So you need to make arrangements for Breakfast and lunch ahead of time, or make sure you have a car. The place is absolutely beautiful. Will and his father were perfect hosts. It was a fantastic find, such a peaceful and beautiful place to relax for a few days. With great walks either direction along the coast you'll find surfing, kite boarding and quite beaches nearby. The hotel restaurant food was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel manager, Will, was especially welcoming and obliging. I had a very pleasant stay and would certainly return the next time I'm in Barbados. Gorgeous property full of simple elegance, not fancy yet both laid back and immaculately maintained. Host Will went above and beyond and was always close at hand to answer any questions and provide service. In the evenings the Gastropub opened with bartender Rico doing an amazing job making us feel welcome. Took at dip in the ocean every morning although beach was too rough for a full swim. Food was stellar, ate dinner here most nights overlooking the sea with a cool breeze and crashing waves adding to the relaxed ambiance.Saturday and Sunday nights had bands ripping and a great crowd coming in, both tourists and bajan alike with the cover waived as a guest. Off the beaten path location yet Took the ZD to central oistins in about a 15 min trip. How ever the manager listened to our concerns and moved us to a better apartment! They made our experience a priority and the staff were always lovely, espectially in the surf bay bar!
