"The hotel staff is exceptional, attentive and friendly. The hotel is well maintained and relaxing. They are many options for dining in the area including the hotel's restaurant. There is also a well known active night life nearby. From the hotel there is an excellent view of the sea with nice beaches a short distance away. In June during our visit there was an abundance of the sargassum sea weed, which at times, produced a strong odor. Thankfully, we were told it only occur a few months in the summer."

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Margot, the receptionist made us feel at home. She answered all questions without hesitation and was extremely courteous. The hotel grounds were always kept very clean. We had one issue upon arrival, which was immediately rectified by the on duty manager Jeff. He upgraded our room as well as gifted us a bottle of champagne. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Staff were amazingly friendly. Location is great with easy access to beach, surf shop, restaurants and bars. Very clean room and grounds. A/C worked perfectly. Only drawback was a lack of hot water in the shower. Staff tried to repair the water water and it improved slightly. Not a deal breaker:) "
