The hotel was very clean, and the pool area was beautiful, especially at night. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. For my birthday, they even gave me a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the beach is within walking distance. You can also easily catch the bus into Bridgetown, which was very convenient. Once you get to Bridgetown, you can walk or take a quick cab ride to Savvy on the Bay, which is a really nice beach spot to visit. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The food on-site was really good and reasonably priced, and there are also great breakfast spots nearby, like Mimosa or Happy Days. if you’re looking for something else.

This was our second stay at South Gap. The room was cleaned and maintained daily. The pool and pool deck were also well maintained. The staff were all very friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay. The one thing I did notice was on check in it mentioned that ‘holding’ lounge chairs with towels would not be allowed for more than 30 minutes or the towels would be removed from the lounge chairs. This happened all day long and towels were never removed.
