"We're not sure about the VIP amenity or upgrade but we received bottled water and a bottle of wine from the very friendly and efficient staff. It's very convenient for Yonge St and only a ten minute walk from Union Station. Indeed, a short walk from the aquarium, CN Tower and other tourist spots. The restaurant was closed but coffee and muffins were available every morning."

"This hotel was in a great location for food, walkable to the CN tower/Ripley's Aquarium and the Rogers Centre. Only a 5 min walk to the Hockey Hall of Fame. The shopping mall was a 20 min walk. We would stay again just based on location."

"Great Location, close to Union station. Beautiful aesthetic, nice bar and restaurant in the main lobby. Our room had a gorgeous view of the city! It's a great hotel for date travel or travel with friends. Classy vibes! The building was formally a bank, the structure remained. There is even a vault downstairs, super cool! I enjoyed my stay at One King West! "
