"If you want an authentic old English Hotel then this is for you. It was really old with oak beams everywhere but still clean. Pub seems to be the Hub of the village so also a good vibe. The village is really really quiet"

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel - was visiting for a wedding and had an incredibly comfortable stay. The spa was a lovely touch and we used it before heading home.
I'd say the food was hit or miss. I had some really lovely food and also some very disappointing food. The breakfast in particular was very disappointing."

"An amazing weekend at the Grand - was there for our wedding anniversary that coincided with the Airbourne. Staff on the whole were amazing - the service was a bit intermittent at times, but it was a busy weekend for them so totally understand how difficult it is to get the resource right. Outside grassy area had a lot of cigarette butts which was unpleasant. Also outside seating on grass a few more options would be good. Most of the seats were really low.
