“Premier Inn Heathrow- Fantastic service”

Large clean room with plenty of space. The bed was huge and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. No toiletries provided so you have to buy them at the desk if you forget anything. Good range of facilities. Costa coffee shop, Hotel restaurant and separate bar. Regular buses run from the hotel to Heathrow terminals so it saves on time and worry.(Ask the staff at the desk and they'll be able to help you). Very well organised hotel. (Its used by flight crews on their stop-overs so you know you won't miss your flight). Very well priced for its location and quality. Plenty of polite, helpful and well presented staff.

“Excellent Hotel”

This has to be one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The staff were extremely helpful and nice and the restaurants and bar were excellent. The prices were also very reasonable.

“A surprisingly great hotel with fantastic food”

The highlight was the restaurant at the hotel. The food was surprisingly excellent, as was the service. I literally had the best ribs I've ever eaten. Rooms were very nice and clean. Internet service, though not free, was easy to set up and reasonably priced. No need to call or arrange anything with the front desk. Just pay online.

“Pleasantly surpised”

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Rooms were very nice and very clean, and at a good price. Also surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was good and at a very reasonable £7.99. Transfer from the airport was fine - £7 return on hotel hoppa bus. Had to wait about 40mins for bus at airport however, which was slighty annoying. There seemed to be more buses on the other routes! (isn't that always the case!) All in all a very pleasant experience. Would happily stay again

“Excellent Location for Heathrow”

We were looking for a hotel as a one nighter for the airport so weren't expecting much. Thought it would be a "cheap and cheerful" but far from it -- excellent value for money. Nice clean rooms, great breakfast -- cheaper than at the airport. Ideally located for Heathrow yet minimal plane noise. Very close to petrol station for filling hire car. Only down side was the cost of parking (8 pounds) but even with that still better value than other hotels.

“Well maintained with friendly staff”

Lovely hotel situated very close to Heathrow Airport. We hired a car so cant comment on how easy it si to get there but once you are there its great. The room adequate and very clean.We had a family room for myself, my husband and 2 children (8&5). The room had a double bed and a single sofa type bed and a single mattress on the floor which my little one thought was great fun. It was extremly clean. No soaps or shower caps in the bathroom like you expect with most hotels so be sure to bring your own. Tea, coffee and kettle were provided in the room. We were a little cold on the first night and we asked for a heater which they bought to us within 5 minutes. The staff were very nice helpfull and always courteous which is rare in London these days. We only ate breakfast in their restaurant which was fab. Breakfast cost about eight pounds for each adult and kids ate free. Loads of choice like full english breakfast, fresh croisants and cereals. Definately something for everyone to choose from. There is also a sports bar/pub in the hotel, a Costa coffee which was open till very late at night and a kids plays area (which was being re-done while we stayed) Would definately reccommend this hotel.

“Fantastic Hotel”

Served the purpose for an overnight stay for a following morning flight. Good facilities for the purpose e.g. bar, food, reasonable prices, very quick check in. Will definitely use this Hotel again if flying from Heathrow

“Very pleasant stay”

Stayed for 3 nights. Very comfortable, hotel room quiet. Convenient to use Hotel Hoppa to airport and back. One of my reasons for staying here was availability of parking. Very good breakfasts.

“Great Food, Great Service”

Having stayed at the hotel before I was expecting the same excellent service as before but the lady who checked us in failed to ask if we would like to book any meals and upon producing my car park ticket she stated 'it's £8.00 per night car parking' in a rude manner (I already knew about the car parking charge and was happy to pay. However this was my only bad experience of the trip... There was a lovely lady called Budsara in the restaurant who as simply wonderful, so helpful and bubbly. Overall I would recommend to others
