"Staff are very accommodating. The hotel is older. This meant no outlets for technology such as USB for charging There was one outlet for the entire space over the desk. This meant using the hair dryer in the sleeping area and ironing in that same area. The rooms were very clean with plenty of towels. Conveniently located near everything. There was construction near the building where we were located which started very early and was disruptive to sleep. "

"Super close access to the Marble Arch Tube Stop for the Central Line. Our room was big with space to spread out and also do some work while traveling. "

"We loved the position of the hotel in terms of access to the tube and attractions. The room was comfortable, heating/cooling was easy to use and having the restaurant in the hotel just added to the convenience."

"Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and quiet - would definitely stay again. Only dusappointment was the "discretionary service charge". I wasnt going to get into an argument about that as i really apprecaied early check in and upgrade, but it is not what you expect and i dont see what service i received that would not be included in the room rate.
