“Want to go back!”
This is a lovely hotel with incredible service. The room and bathroom were absolutely spotless and kept that way throughout the day with 2 housekeeping visits to refresh towels, turn down the bed, put out slippers, empty trash cans, etc. I felt so pampered! The Langham is also in a perfect location for those interested in the upscale shopping area around Regent and Oxford streets. It is also close to 2 tube lines which get you just about anywhere in central London you'd like to go. I'm usually fairly particular about my accommodations, but I can't find one bad thing to say about this hotel. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
“rooms are small, decor dated”
The rooms are small, the decor dated..noy a cool stylish hotel. Spa is situated so far away , its a workout to get there. The bar is very pricy. Great location though
“very pleasent and excellent by London standards. Small pool!”
superb
“Luxury at the Langham”
We were extremely pleased with The Langham Hotel. All of the staff tried to be very helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet every morning was not only delicious, but very helpful to busy travelers who want to leave early in the morning and need a quick breakfast. The Concierge was more than willing to give suggestions and make tour and dinner reservations for us. Our room was larger than we expected and very well appointed. All in all, we can't say enough good things for The Langham!
“not impressed”
Quality not upto expence
“service not consistent”
Service by F&B staff was very good. But arrival experience was not 5 star at all and check in was also not upto the standard of such calibre of hotel. Twin room requested was not ready at 18:30, had to wait for the housekeeper to split the beds.

“Very nice”
Really very nice hotel, but so small detail as poor wifi effected overall expression very much.
