the hotel was ideally located and was a very pleasant stay. the staff we encountered were friendly and they could not do enough fo us during our stay. I only wish we had stayed for more than one night.
This hotel is wonderful! The outside is not that impressive but once you enter the doors, it is very, very nice.
The buffet breakfast was terrific!! Many, many wonderful choices, so worth it!

Really pretty quiet little hotel in a very central location. Handy for the tube. Staff very friendly and helpful. We probably didn't have a room in the best location of the hotel ( next to dining room so noisier when they were gearing up for breakfast) but the standard of the furnishings and cleanliness made up for any inconvenience. Highly recommend this lovely little hotel.

My daughter and I were delighted with our visit at the Doubletree Hilton Marble Arch in London, where we spent 5 days. Not only was the location absolutely perfect for shopping enthusiasts, the hotel itself met every expectation in terms of room size, cleanliness and style. What made the experience particularly pleasant was the wonderful staff all around, who were extraordinarily dedicated and friendly. The information and helpful tips/ideas we got from the kind people at the hotel were priceless. We had many interesting conversations and honestly considered them friends when we departed. I cannot compliment that team enough. We loved every moment and wouldn't stay anywhere else next time.
