My stay at the Regency Hotel was very comfortable and a great value.
The room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff was very friendly and
accommodating, and the head concierge went out of his way to be accommodating
and helpful when a tour we scheduled failed to pick us up. He made phone calls,
got us a taxi and tried his best to get us to the tour destination. The hotel is also
conveniently located to many shops and restaurants and a Tube station.
I would definitely stay here again if I return to London.
We wanted to stay in earls court/south ken area. Got a good rate for a standard king thru Expedia, hotel gave us upgrade to a nice junior suite. Staff was very warm and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Arrived at the Hotel with a very sore bad back, but determined to stay to see the Davis cup the following day at the Queens club. The staff could not do enough to help they were amazingly supportive and helpful to giving us a ground floor room, parking the car and returning it when required, calling taxis, warming heat packs, carrying bags and storing them. The food was second to none. Fantastic hospitality for such a young team can highly recommend the hotel.

Great location , close to some lovely cafe bars and restaurants and easy walking distance to museums , Harrods and a short taxi ride to Olympia. Staff very attentive and couldn't do enough for you - will definitely stay here again x
We stayed here to be close to friends in a nearby neighborhood. Location was nice. Room had a funny smell, but was comfortable enough. Amenities were good. We split our time between this hotel and a boutique hotel near Harrods, which was really cute and definitely "fresher".
If only the hotel had free internet then I would have given it a five star. In today's day and age a hotel without free internet is like a hotel without a TV. Also they have no facilities for the spa. No steam room, no sauna, no hot tub. Not what I expected from this hotel.
Upscale, residential Kensington is best known for its palace and gardens, and for its major museums in South Kensington —the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum, and the V&A. Earl’s Court has a wide selection of budget and mid-range hotels, clustered around Earl’s Court exhibition centre. Its Underground station offers good links (District and Piccadilly lines) with trains running to central London and south-west to Wimbledon.
