"This is a beautiful property. The best thing about it is the staff. Each and every one. But, mostly, Andrea. He is the guest relations manager and was on top of everything. He made us feel like royalty. Was on the pricier side, but well worth it for us. This is our second Four Seasons in the past few months. The other was in Costa Rica. We usually stick with the Ritz brand visiting the Ritz in Grand Cayman, Key Biscayne and Central Park, NYC in the last 12 months. We are becoming huge...

"Beautiful hotel inside and out. Staff were amazing, friendly but very professional. Spa was okay but not amazing in my opinon, no jacuzzi and separate sauna and steam rooms. We had an internal room room therefore there is zero view from the windows. "
