“Best Hotel for Short Stay in London”
The location can't be beat, and the breakfasts are great. A comfortable, quiet hotel that's located on Jermyn Street. Just far enough away from Piccadilly to make you feel a world away.
“Excellent hotel”
I could not fault The Cavendish - very good value all round.
“Kiimy Ritz Tea”
A wonderful stay & overall experience 4 a 40th birthday trip! My room requests were fulfilled more than fore filled as a card & cake We're waiting 4 us in our room! Friendly helpful staff & room service Polite & quick! Hotel looked spotless! Only thing only a small thing is I had 2 ask 4 couple of things at breakfast as was forgotten on table Ie salt & pepper & milk 4 tea & coffee etc although the actual breakfast Was second 2 none!! Would stay here Again in a flash A1! And fab Location.
“Best location for shopping and a night out in Soho!”
Extremelly friendly and service minded staff, nice sober clearn rooms with comfy beds (albeit a bit small for the classic room rate), excellent choice of amenities. Breakfast was included in the rate and it was very satisfactory The lobby could use a coat of paint and some refurbishment but then again when you 're on Jermyn str you don't really spend your time sitting in the hotel lobby, do you?
“Fantistic location!”
We stayed at the Cavendish Hotel for 4 nights and it was AMAZING! Based in the upmarket end of town, surrounded by shops and restaurants and close to transport. It was my (new) husband's first time in London and as we were on our honeymoon we had a gift awaiting us in our room.
“Good but.......”
Location is top. Classic Rooms are extremely small, but good quality. The breakfast room is crowded and sometimes missing items like Cheeses. Staff very good, except in the lower bar. Very stressed and agressiv. Not nice. I would still recommend this hotel Visitor from Sweden
“5 stars”
My wife and I have stayed here several times and have never had a complaint. The location is great, the staff very helpful. The food has always been very good, though w did not eat in their restaurant this time.
“Great hotel.”
Comfortable but small room. Pleasant and efficient staff. Restaurant...needs work.
“Excellent Piccadilly Hotel”
Excellent Hotel - we had a good sized executive room which had all the amenities - based on a great special rate from expedia. Most of the staff were excellent - although we did have slow service in the bar one evening. The restaurant is excellent with a very good breakfast buffet. The only down side was the hotel's policy of charging for internet usage. It seemd to be "nickel & diming", when you consider the cost of the room.
“'' London's best hotel ''”
I recently stayed at the Cavendish Hotel on Jermyn St in London . I must say I was very impressed with the hotel service. The room was a bit small but the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and both my husband found the location to be perfect within walking distance to all the major attractions. I can't wait to go back and stay there .
