The bar and grill can be very busy and noisy with children running around which makes it a little noisy for other residents - the lack of soft furnishings enhances the noise. "The Craxton Wood hotel was lovely to stay in. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food in the bar was tasty and the room was very comfortable. My only complaint as someone staying there for business purposes was that the Wi-Fi signal was atrocious. In my room the signal was very week and constantly disappearing so I couldn't work in my room. Even the signal in the bar was poor. That was my only disappointment but could be a critical factor when deciding to stay there again."

"Another lovely stay at the Queens. Recently refurbished and its very smart. All the staff are friendly and helpful . Rooms are well appointed. We were in the kings suites . Rooms have a bath and separate shower and coffee maker. Buffet breakfast of an excellent standard. New bar area looked comfortable with plenty of seating. Look forward to staying again. "
