We had an overnight stay, checked in quickly, lovely location. Excellent food in the restaurant, very comfy bed and the option to use leisure facilities till 4pm on day of check out. Great value, will visit again.

We enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent and a very good selection for breakfast. The staff were mostly friendly and attentive. The hotel reception were excellent and very welcoming. However, the hotel could do with an upgrade especially the Spa Area as many toilets and showers were out of order. The area surrounding the hotel was super and the Poachers pub is a lovely walk along the Llangollen Canal. We would happily stay here again.

Hotel is need of refubishment . dirty shower ,safes dont work,while we were there(one night) hallway lights bent over on walls . check in was good as we arived early and given a room .
