"The property is undergoing some renovations but you can’t really hear any of the noise and the renovations that are being done to the rooms are extremely nice, especially the big walk in shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my 2nd time staying at this property and I would definitely stay here again on any future trips to London."

"Room was clean but the bedlinen could be a lot better. The duvet cover was worn and bobbled so felt rather rough. Also the pillows were not comfortable at all and the sink was tiny. However the shower was spacious and had a good water jet. Great location."
