The car park was full. Our rooms didn’t have windows and there was nothing stating that was the case or that I could “upgrade” for an extra £. I paid £200 for essentially a room at a hostel!

The location was nice with a great view of the water. It was great that there was parking beneath the hotel. Had a little trouble backing out of the parking spot because of the closeness of other obstacles.

I booked a room with no window which was fine, but I wasn’t told there wouldn’t be any air conditioning or ventilation at all. Yes we were given a fan once we told them ours was broken, but no fresh air could come in my rm. The bed was uncomfortable and very old. For price we paid super annoyed. As when you walk in the hotel looks lovely.

Don’t waste your money. I know it was relatively cheap for the area and time of year but expected better. No Housekeeping over 4 nights apart from fresh towels plonked on the bed once. Used towels weren’t collected and overflowing waste bin not emptied. Tea & Coffee wasn’t replenished. On check in we were told our allocated room didn’t have a window , if we wanted a window that was £10 extra per night which we chose to pay. Room looked like it hadn’t been decorated since at least the 80s. Furniture was badly scraped and drawers difficult to open. Bed I assume had a newish mattress which was comfortable but the base looked as old as the furniture. WiFi if you wanted it was £7 a day, pretty ridiculous when I imagine many customers we’re staying for business. We were there for a short break and a concert at the O2. Thankfully we were out and about every day as this hotel had nothing to offer
