"This was my first time staying at an airport hotel and I am so glad I stayed here the night before my flight! It was easy to reach from London via the Elizabeth line. Follow the signs to the hotel once you get off the train (fair warning it is about a 10 minute walk). My room was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and I had a restful sleep. "Room was clean but the bedlinen could be a lot better. The duvet cover was worn and bobbled so felt rather rough. Also the pillows were not comfortable at all and the sink was tiny. However the shower was spacious and had a good water jet. Great location."
