On booking, I was a little weiry from the reviews, but, due to price and location, I went for it. The hotel outside looks shabby, and lobby not refurbished, on check in , I was put in room 510. I found the room large with a lovely new bathroom and modern shower. The room did get very warm. But was great.
Only stayed one night but hotel was a good price which included breakfast, room was spacious and clean with all essential amenities. Hotel in a good location, short walk from underground, pubs, cafes and Hyde Park and free Wifi.
I had a nice stay over there. Overall this is a nice hotel but just beware when any of you girls smoking outside the hotel late at night coz there might be passerby that might thing that you are doing 'business' lol. So go with a friend, don't stand outside the hotel alot especially you are a female.
i stayed in this hotel for four nights and it felt like i was not in a hotel but just inside my bedroom. it was cleaned everyday, my towels replaced with fresh ones, bed is over comfy and the pillows as well. i never regretted booking this hotel. my stay here make my london visit more memorable and enjoyable. most of the major tourist spots are just minutes away. surrounding area has bus stop, restaurants, supermarket.

This hotel is close to all the action in central London. very clean nice staff excellent beds. The only thing that I didn't like was their coffee other than that this hotel is perfect location for central London.
