"Staff are extremely helpful, although few things which are very important they should look into it. There were no basic toiletries like hand soap and shampoo, just on first day. I took with me probably the staff saw it and that's why they didn't bring it. They definitely need to do pest control. There was a mice in my room. I bought food and that's was £20. I threw it all away it literally going every where. Spoke to reception and they said they will change my room if I want but that's not...

Yes, breakfast ends at a cwrtain time but if people are still eating what they have already picked up, give them a chance to finish their food."
