For the price we paid the Gresham was really good. Staff were really nice, room was clean, great location, some nice places to eat nearby. Two minutes to hyde park and Paddington station. Probably could do with an update, one plug in the room wasn't great, shower didn't have a proper holder. Little things really. Breakfast was good, cereals, fruit, toast and a plate of eggs sausage and beans. Would stay again for certain.

The staff is amazing. So friendly and welcoming. It was great to have the free breakfast right in the hotel for days that I wanted to stay in a little longer to rest. The heater in my room had a bit of trouble but the heavy blankets helped. It's a great location. Felt like I had easy access to anywhere I wanted to go via the tube...Paddington station in less than a 5 min walk away!

We booked this hotel for a quick overnughter when our train was cancelled to Paris. It is in the most lovely neighbourhood. Staff are so friendly and the room was SO CLEAN.

The hotel is fully functional, with an excellent location, good breakfast, clean rooms, and staff willing to attend to your requests. I recommend it and of course I would return.

Good location

Easy to get to from paddington. Quick check in. Mattress was spring so really bouncy. It's ok for a night stay. Breakfast is two eggs, one sausage and beans. Called a full English. That was a let down and no real coffee, but it did us ok. It's not the cleanest area but it is what it is

Great little place to. stay

Great hotel staff exceptional Close to Paddington Train and underground .Can walk everywhere restaurants and shopping very close . Breakfast nice only there is no heat when eating breakfast a bit chilly at 35 degrees outside .. DJ and the reception staff are superb . No heat during the day chilly if you stay in your room . Definitely would stay there again .

Stayed for two nights 1st to 3rd march . Nice hotel friendly staff . Room was okay . A couple things not good long black hair all over the sheets when throw taken off. Sheets too small for bed .Towels to dry yourself after shower very small. English breakfast not eggs beans and1 sausages. Apart from that nice place
