We only stayed for a night, it was comfortable enough, location was ideal. Unfortunately the lift was out of order which was inconvenient as I was travelling with a buggy and small child but we were only on the first floor.

Good location ,on top of places to eat and drink. Room was nice and clean, downside for me was quite noisy rooms around you doors bang quite loud when people come back at night also the room above had the fan on all night and it just seemed to hum down the wall all night.

Plumbing in shower was clogged-water was spilling out and it became disgusting. Too late for any maintenance to be done. We had to wait until the next day. There was no option given to change to another room. Breakfast was mediocre…a woman was handing out cold toasted bread. Need I say more.
What you see was the curtain in the room. Pretty elegant.

This was a great stay. The location was excellent and very near the tube station. Lots of good eating and drinking places near by. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the free breakfast was a surprise and welcomed. Decor and Hotel, a little dated, but all in all, fantastic value for money, I will be back.
