Nice hotel, staff was great. Good walking distance from restaurants and a great supermarket. Would def stay again.

The resort was great for the few days we were there. Nice beach, clean, great snack bar and the foam pool party was fun even when the wind kept blowing the foam out of the pool. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the food, it was ok but not as good as previous resorts I’ve stayed at.

I absolutely loved the breakfast. The drinks were good and the staff was friendly. The Asian restaurant was my favorite.The bartenders were very friendly and kept the drinks flowing.

La habitacion bien , limpia con amenidades para hacerte cafe y te, te colocan bastante agua, y toallas lo unico no tenia mininbar no se si otra categoria de habitacion si, la piscina bien con musica en el dia, pero solo que se llena bastante de hojas de arbol y la limpian tarde, pero el are de jacuzzi y balinessa muy comodo, bebidas y comida con costo adicional pero acessible y bueno, el desayuno lo teniamos incluido es buffet, nos gusto mucho esta bastante variado, el staff es increible y muy amable nos dieron informacion cuando se las solicitabamos un hotel bonito si vienes en pareja.

This property is nicely situated with plenty of seating and pool area. It is more of a timeshare property therefore Marriott members do not get their typical perks like free breakfast. Currently, they have a significant seaweed issue washing up onto the beach. A disappointment for me was the pricing of their marketplace goods. An example would be that a medium size water would cost almost $10 Canadian at the market. Be prepared for that and take your own water as they only give you two per day under normal conditions in your room. We did ask for more and received more without any question. The Restaurant see and Stone is very good but priced as fine dining but I will repeat that the food is exceptional. Overall, I rated this property as a three because of some of the challenges that we had there. Finally, they did do a very nice thing for us and had some fruit and nuts delivered to our room for our anniversary, which I do think was likely a direct result of some of the challenge that we had I’ll be it still a very nice gesture

Our stay at Sunscape Resort was okay overall, but not quite worth the price. The property itself was clean, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our first night on the ground floor was very noisy due to hallway and elevator sounds, but the staff moved us to a higher floor the next day and it was much quieter. The food was a bit disappointing, while there are a few restaurants, we only found one decent dish at each, and overall it didn’t stand out. The resort is very family-focused, with most activities geared toward kids. It’s a good fit for families, but not ideal if you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing experience.

Big rooms with kitchen. One bathroom glass door was missing and one stove burner was not working. Ocean Views at the room are amazing but the beach is very dangerous and swimming is never permitted. We will not return. Staff was seldom nice only three were nice of many that we spoke with. Most employees were afraid of management. Too sad.
