Good staff, right from the lobby to the porter: Edgar at the front desk was fantastic in checking us in, explaining things to us, reserving one of the choice restaurants, and generally helping us with the arrangements for a birthday celebration. It turned out very well. Luciana, Mabel, and Yomina (?) at the restaurants made every meal experience quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and while the resort is not one of the newest, it is in very good shape: clean, safe, One suggestion though: the tour team’s positioning by the elevators and repeat pitches as we asked past was a tad heavy.

First impression has always been opening the door and get to smell the room as soon as I walk in. It was a very pleasant feeling to smell the fresh lemony scent. Room was immaculate and I couldn’t get enough of how well kept this place was. Floors are beautiful and house keepers work so hard to keep those floor looking great. Food is delicious and staff is always making sure you aren’t missing anything. It’s very close from the malecon and shopping centers. Everyone at the hotel was very attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome at all times. I got no complaints on anyone and that makes me want to come back and recommend this place to everyone I know.
