The resort itself is beautiful and large. The main pools and walk up bar are really nice. There are plenty of food options all day. At one of our dinners we did have an issue where we found a little creature on our desert but we were impressed at how the staff handled the situation right away. They were kind and very apologetic.

Great resort for a nice family vacation. Service was excellent, food was good, space was beautiful, beach was fantastic. Note the hot tub is not included in all-inclusive packages - there is an extra fee to use it. Also, the rooms do not include hair conditioner. Otherwise, no complaints :)

We did not sit by the pool. The buildings and lay out were somewhat odd and oversized. The room was great. We went north a ways to enjoy the beach, as there was too much weed on the beach and in the water to enjoy the beach by the resort. The other Westin location where we had the presentation was much nicer. Our concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We did not sit by the pool. The buildings and lay out were somewhat odd and oversized. The room was great. There was no water when we arrived and a hour later when the water came up there was no hot water at all. The rooms conditions are poor and so is the entire Hotel. Will definitely not recommend specially paying what I paid for the 2 nights.
