Hotel is very good and food and all services

Property is extremely family friendly. The staff tries to accommodate you to the best of their ability. They have a few day activities but the night shows are great. They did a MJ show and for the 4th of July they pulled out all sorts of things. It was great! The only hiccups are Food. It’s ok, just ok. Making reservations for the restaurants is a hassle and all drinks are watered down and taste like sugar. Would definitely suggest you getting your own liquor.

What i really liked about this property is the dining area and the pool area. The views of the lagoon are amazing. Unfortunately the room i got was not in the best condition. The location of the property is great, the cafe staff stood out to me the most, they were very attentive and polite. I would stay here again for the location and price.

From the front desk to the housekeeping team, and especially the restaurant and entertainment staff — they truly made me feel at home. Thank you for making my trip extra special. Didn’t like how my room was not ready and hotel a little too old. Food and service was excellent

Bonito hotel, excelente ubicación. La playa es hermosa, personal amable. Lo que no me gustó es que para el servicio de alimentos en la playa te dan utensilios desechables de plástico y sobres de catsup y sal. Y tristemente encuentras los cuchillos y tenedores en la playa, los ves entre la arena porque la gente no tiene el cuidado de depositarlos en la basura o dejarlos en sus platos para que los recojan los meseros, incluso vi aves sacando los sobres de catsup con su poquito para comerlos, Es realmente una pena que el hotel no tome cartas en el asunto en esto. Creo que por lo menos deberían dar cubiertos de madera u otro material ecológico o algo así. Y usar envases para los condimentos en vez de sobres.
