"Great room and excellent location from station "

"I was only a 1 night stay (checked in 13June) to celebrate our post 23rd wedding anniversary. It was after work, just had a meal and a little walk by the river side. Went back to hotel and fell asleep. Lol… basically we only stayed in the hotel to sleep so tired.. The hotel is lovely and receptionist said our room was newly renovated. Can’t say much, all I know the hotel is lovely close to bar and restaurants.. We slept like a log."

"This is a lovely hotel with great accommodation and facilities. I had booked a deluxe room and from the Expedia room information this room had AC. Unfortunately, when we got to our room it was very hot ( 31 degrees outside) and it didn't have AC. I went down to the reception desk with my proof of AC showing on that website. Apparently, this is an error!! They do have rooms with AC, but it was £10 extra ( Premium room). After a bit of discussion and the member of staff phoning a manager, we were upgraded for no extra charge ( just a pity it took a phone call). Expedia need to fix this error on their website. Overall, a lovely hotel to stay in."

"Frustrating parking is limited and they only have hotel rates at Q Park "

"Very clean and comfortable room, excellent bathroon with good shower. Really liked the interior design and general feel of the hotel and we were able to leave our bags all day while my granddaughter visited the university that was close by. Also very reasonable price for two rooms."
