We stayed here to see a Premier League game up in Sunderland, so the proximity to the train station as well as walkability to local restaurants and marina was great! Adequate but basic looked out onto wall opposite, very dark Unfortunately next to noisy kitchen ventilation fan which was on most of time but turned off late evening. Would definitely recommend but avoid room 8"
