"All fine and dandy. Room and decor a little dated but super clean and everything we needed. All staff were really friendly but the star is the incomparable Linda. I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests. She is the reason I would stay again. Thankyou"

"It was amazing from start to finish. Amazing 2 ladies on reception, so friendly, helpfully and explained everything about items that were complementary or charged to room. Lovely little touches for breakfast and good quality, my granddaughter loved using fresh orange squeezer. Room was immaculate, and all you needed. "A good well priced suite in the heart of Birmingham. Had a couple issues trying to contact them but once contact was made it was all pretty clear. Issue with being in the middle of town is noise. Room was warm but couldn’t have window open due to it being too loud outside at night. "

"Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. Gabriela on reception made our trip super special in her attitude towards us. Friendly, professional and extremely welcoming. She is a total gem, Hyatt hotels, hold on to her! Solely based on our interactions with her I have recommended your hotel to many of my friends and family, several are planning to visit Birmingham and stay with yourselves. Thank you Gabriela!!!! I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter for our first special night away (3 older brothers were left at home) and she didn't want to leave the hotel and has already made me promise to bring her back. Our room was amazing, plenty of space, and spotlessly clean! We paid extra to have access to the club room and it was well worth it. The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxing and inviting. Breakfast was fresh and gorgeous. The doorman (unfortunately I didn't get his name but know he has been there well over 12 years) was so friendly. The girl (again didn't get her name) in the spa was lovely. Thank you to all, we will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Would and have highly recommended your hotel to everyone!"
