"Hotel was within walking distance to the center of Falkirk with restaurants and bars. Only stayed briefly overnight, but the room and accommodations were fine. Easy, free parking and access. Attractive neighborhood setting."

Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often.
Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good

Fantastic property in a lovely location, 2 minutes walk to the loch which has a really nice walking route around it. Only a minute drive to supermarket and loads of food options around for dinner / lunch etc. The breakfast included with the room was better than expected. Very pleased! Highly recommend.

Stayed here for our friends wedding, it’s a lot bigger than expected , plenty of space, comfy bed, nice and modern. Lovely little snug for a 6 ft 5 person too, didn’t even have to duck anywhere 🤣✅

Fantastic stay at the Champany inn, the staff were extremely nice, nothing was too much bother and they were all very knowledgeable about surrounding area and happy to recommend things to do.
Very clean hotel and food is a real treat for meat eaters as they specialise in steaks. Will definately return.

Good location, only 25mins outside Edinburgh city centre. The room was spotless and had all the amenities one could need, an iron, hairdryer, tea and coffee. The bathroom was very nicely done and very clean. The bed was very big and amazingly comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel for those wanting to stay close to both glasgow and Edinburgh.

Our trip to Chain Runner is always brilliant that’s why we always stay at the Chain Runner when going to Livingston. The only problem was we were beside the door where people were going upstairs & they would let the door close on it’s on so there was a fare bit of banging. Perhaps they might change the door mechanism to a soft close.

A lovely hotel. For us, the fitness facilities was the best part of the hotel: a gym plus a decent sized pool. We didn't have the chance to try any spa treatments so cannot comment on those.
Our room was very good size. More than enough space for the two of us.
Finishing touch was the mince pies at reception. They were delicious!
One suggestion for improvement: better coffee in the room please!

This place is in Livingston but it could be out in the sticks; extremely quiet, birdsong in the morning and some nice walks to be had.
Well stocked public bar, friendly staff.
Only ate in the bar and that was decent pub food. Didn't try the restaurant so can't comment on that.

We had an overnight stay and arrived late so not sure what is around the area except a huge Asda within walking distance. Check in staff were amazing - very friendly and so helpful. A total credit to the hotel!! The bar area is very spacious and welcoming. Room was big and plenty room to move around
