In the condo you can feel right at home with every step you take. As a guest you have access to the common areas in the complex and private access to the unit with a private pool and terrace.

Our concierge will contact you a day in advance for the check in details, don't hesitate to contact him anytime.

All communication must be done through messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

Our concierge will always be available to attend any of your inquiries.

We include 10 KW per night during your stay. In case to go over we charge $8 MXN per extra KW. We take a picture of the meter on your check in and on the check-out to verify the consumption, you have access to the meters anytime.

Tulum is a destination in constant development and growth, which makes it truly unique and special.
However, this ongoing evolution can sometimes present challenges related to local infrastructure.

Some basic services such as hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or ongoing work in the area.
These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.

As our guest, you have free access to our exclusive beach club, located at kilometer 9.3 in Tulum’s hotel zone—one of the most beautiful spots on the coast.

Amazing week in Alejandros condo!

We loved our stay in Alejandros condo, in Adora Tulum, so much! Alejandro was great at communicating how we would be checked-in upon arrival, it was very fast and easy. Adora is BEAUTIFUL! The combination of private plunge pool large communal pool breakfast/lunch restaurant Cenote on site for viewing can't be beat! Staying at Adora is so much better than staying in any of the big hotels. The staff here are so friendly, it felt very safe at all times, and Adora is tucked away from the business of the hotel district and Tulum city. We plan to come back next year! Love love love this place!!!
