We were only here for 1 night but had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the hotel and would return if in the area again. It was close to the station and bus routes,shops restaurants etc. From the warm welcome from the gentleman at the door and efficient and personable reception staff,we found check in was quick and easy . The rooms were clean and well thought out,the towels fluffy and soft and the bed comfortable.

We arrived at the hotel early, around 11am, in the hope we could leave our suitcase and return later to check in. We were surprised to find our room was ready and we could check in straight away. We had also been upgraded! The room was clean and beautifully presented. There were tea and coffee making facilities, including a branded coffee pod machine. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on our recent family trip to London. We were delighted with how close it is to Earl's Court tube station yet located in a side street away from station noise. Our room was beautifully decorated, really clean and such a good size. It was checked every morning, beds made & clean towels provided.
