"We had a wonderful stay at Ellen Kensington. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was a lovely option for a relaxing night in. We especially appreciated being within walking distance of the Tube, as well as several local restaurants and shops. The only drawback was the bathtub, which was quite high and somewhat difficult to climb into when showering. Additionally, the half-glass shower door did not provide much coverage, so water often ended up on the bathroom floor. During our stay, we experienced two different room types, and I would highly recommend the Continental Suite. The extra space made a noticeable difference and added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay."

"Our junior suite was comfortable and spacious. We were able to relax and enjoy the suite. If maintenance help was needed, they responded immediately (our sink stopper stuck and we could not open it - no big deal). The only item we were disappointed in was breakfast. Frankly we have stayed many places and the breakfast at The Bailey's was average. It was almost identical to breakfast at a Holiday Inn or a Hampton Inn. It has a nice sbreakfast buffet with a mix of hot (eggs sausage, ham, beans) and cold foods (juice, fruit, cereals, yogurt) as well a a good selection of breads. No food were available cooked to order The only custom item that we were told about was we could get cappucino. If omelettes or freshly custom fired eggs were available, we were not informed of it."

"On the positive - Regarding the Staff - extremely helpful and professional. On the negative ...we had continuous issues with our room door lock and had to ask staff for their help - very frustrating. The washing machine was old and extremely loud and needed to be replaced. The cover for the rad heat was not secure and fell down,"

"Breakfast was very good. Staff very polite. Sadly ran out of body wash on first shower. Very noisy throughout early hours of morning as door outside our room kept banging with people coming and going. Booked as a four adult room and was given just three cups and glasses."
