"Beautiful resort great location it was every thing I expected and more."

"When we arrived at the property, it was raining heavily, and nobody could help us to our building. It's far from the front desk. I asked many places and staff, but nobody could provide an umbrella. A little disappointed with the service."

"Our visit was great. There were so many activities for the kids. The food at the buffet was not desirable but no worse than any other all inclusive resort. They could do a better job of allowing reservations to their other restaurants every night which would fix the issue with the buffet food being undesirable. "

We had such a wonderful time scuba diving for the week and enjoying the beautiful property, gorgeous turquoise ocean water, wonderful pool/hot tub and the four fantastic restaurants! The on-site scuba company, Scuba Du, was incredible and so seamless we just loved enjoying our breakfast by the sea, and then jumping on a boat for a wonderful day of diving cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. We cannot wait to visit again! "

Severely understaffed, slow and disorganized service, and poor customer attention. The food is very low quality, with limited options and endless lines for everything, even the buffet. Several times we couldn’t even get into the restaurants. The beach is full of rocks and seaweed, not what you expect in Cancun. You pay for luxury and get chaos instead. Do not recommend at all. Lo venden como 5 estrellas, pero la realidad es completamente diferente. Falta de personal en todas las áreas, servicio lento, desorganizado y con muy mala atención. La comida es de pésima calidad, con muy pocas opciones y colas interminables para todo, incluso para el buffet. En varias ocasiones ni siquiera pudimos entrar a los restaurantes. La playa está llena de rocas y algas, nada que ver con lo que uno espera en Cancún. Pagas por lujo y recibes una experiencia caótica. No lo recomiendo para nada. Hay opciones mucho mejores por el mismo precio. "
