Secrets Aura Cozumel was absolutely fantastic! Never had to wait to be seated at any of the a la carte restaurants, staff was always friendly and constantly checking on us to make sure everything is taken care of! Do not ignore the hotel's advice about bringing bug spray as mosquitos can bite in the evening. Overall could not be more pleased and happy with the resort and staff!

They are doing a lot of work to this property and are doing a way better job in seperating preferred and non-preferred guests. I like what’s going on there. Been going for 5 years and it has turned a bit of a corner it seems
