I spent a week at the Deja Blue where the management is very friendly and helpful and their aim is for guests to have a great time. I did. Sylvia's Cochina is part of the complex w/ tasty Mexican breakfast and good company
This place shows a pride of ownership. Dennis and Silvia are great and did everything possible to make our stay a pleasant one. The rooms are decorated like a bedroom at home. The hotel is in a quiet residential section of town.
You are within walking distance of downtown and the beach is 2 short blocks away. There is a large grocery store 3 blocks away.
TV watchers beware, there are no televisions in the rooms.
The pool area is open so you get lots of Sun.
There is a grill for when you tire of restaurant food.
I would highly recommend this place and we will be staying here the next time we go to Cozumel.

EL PEOR SERVICIO Y ATENCION RECIBIDO EN MI VIDA
HOLA.
EL "DUEÑO" DEL HOTEL ES LA PERSONA MAS GROSERA,DESPOTA Y AGRESIVA
PARA SER UN PRESTADOR DE SERVICIOS HOTELEROS RECOMENDARIA NO TRABAJAR UDS TAN PRESTIGIADA MARCA CON TAL LUGAR
EN LA SEGUNDA NOCHE TUVIMOS QUE SALIRNOS CON NUESTRAS MALETAS LITERAL DEL LUGAR ESCOLTADOS Y PROTEGIDOS POR LA POLICIA MUNICIPAL.
HECHOS.
UNO DE MIS COMPAÑEROS DE VIAJE, QUIEN TENIA SU HABITACION INDIVIDUAL LLEGO EL DIA VIERNES SOLO, SE HOSPEDO TAL CUAL LO HICE YO Y PASAMOS LA PRIMER NOCHE SIN PROBLEMA, EL DIA SABADO ALREDEDOR DE LAS 8 PM QUE LLEGABAMOS AL HOTEL, MI COMPAÑERO LLEGO CON SU ESPOSA, ENTRANDO AL LUGAR VIMOS AL DUEÑO EN SU BALCON Y LE PEDIMOS HABLAR CON EL PARA PAGAR LA OCUPACION DE LA ESPOSA DE MI AMIGO RECIBIENDONOS CON UN "LARGO" MUJERES NO ENTRAN AQUI !! EMPEZARON LAS PALABRAS Y LOS TONOS DE VOZ ALTOS Y TERMINAMOS LLAMANDO A LA POLICIA Y EN LA DELEGACIÓN CON EL JUEZ. OPTAMOS POR SALIRNOS.

Nice people, but disappointing room.
Dennis and Sylvia are the nicest proprietors out there. However, our room was horrible. We stayed on the first floor for the Ironman Cozumel weekend and could hear every bark, revving engine, or siren passing by. The room was clean enough, but I saw a rat scurry by in our room. That made it pretty difficult to sleep soundly the night before a race.
