"This property I give it 9 out of 10 only because they don’t tell you if you are flying in from Cancun international airport that it’s a task to get to this resort. This resort is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cancun international airport. You also have to take a ferry to the island and another taxi from the ferry. Other than that it’s a very relaxing resort, it’s not a turn up resort and not many African Americans go here, so keep that in mind! Elizabeth was the best staff so nice and sweet please give her a raise, she was a waitress. The food was good everything else was amazing. I enjoyed my solo trip. Only issue was getting there. Once you know that then everything else was great. Also there’s not much entertainment. "

"The Stars of this resort is The Staff. We felt special from the moment we arrived until the day we left. 2 things we missed: the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf. Being on the mainland-facing side of the island, you don’t get the ocean breeze & having no beach area means no surf to lull me to sleep. A couple notes: 2 options for breakfast: the buffet that’s outside and across the street & room service. No buffet for dinner. You can make reservations at the restaurants or order from room service. It is a small resort, but fun. The pool is lovely. The snorkeling on the beach area is beautiful & filled with beautiful fish and reef. "

"We stayed on top floor balcony facing the water and it was beautiful. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Don't leave your plate unattended because it's open air area and birds will take your food. "
