Mr. Sancho's Beach Club

We have been coming here for Many years and Many times a year. Yes, the resort is a work in progress, however you will not find more hardworking employees! We continue to come to this resort because of the staff- they have become like family!

Elevator stopped working on the day we arrived....6 days later it was not fixed , staff said they do not know when it will be fixed. Food options are very limited and mediocre at best, pizza restaurant is terrible, buffets are about the same food every day and Dennys is probably better quality. Most nights after 8pm only 1 bar is open for a cocktail and that is back to the main lobby. Nice location decent beaches and pools

This hotel has not been maintained. We have been several times and sadly this time was a definite last for us. First off the timeshare people are in your face every corner you turn. The bed was hard as a rock, the shower held water like a bath that overflowed out to the floor. Getting extra towels to clean up their mess was asking for too much. The bartenders definitely over serve clients and allow them to play loud music not always kid friendly. Multiple people beyond drunk and passed out in the loungers. Life guards just laughed and security just watched. Food was subpar at best. We left to get our meals elsewhere most of the time. We checked out 3 days early and went home. Truly a disappointment when we were trying to celebrate our 25th anniversary. So sad!!
