"The location was great if you are traveling by train or bus to get to Venice. There are still bridges to go over but so much more convenient than being near the center of Venice. It was still an easy walk to see things from this location. The man checking us out was so helpful and went out of his way to insure we were going in the right direction of the train. The room was very nice and spacious. It had a view of the canal."

"The hotel staff was amazingly helpful and courteous! This hotel would have definitely gotten a 10 out of 10 if it would have had an elevator to the rooms and a remote control that worked with the TV (my guess is that the original samsung remote was lost and was replaced with a generic remote that was only good to power the t.v. on and off). Other than that it had a very strategic location across from the train station and the room was pristine! As a designer I could really appreciate all the intricate details that went into making the room exceptionally nice. I loved how they covered the wallpaper seams with a cord to give the room a perfect finish!"
