"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was literally steps away from St Mark's Square and centrally located to many of the tourist sites we wanted to visit and our room had a wonderful view overlooking the canal. The staff was very friendly and always available to answer any questions. The breakfast was plentiful with many delicious options. We would definitely stay here again"

"Great modern and very clean rooms in NH Venezia Santa Lucia. Excellent location right next to the train station, and having an elevator was a huge plus with luggage. I booked this hotel last minute after arriving in Venice a day earlier than planned, and honestly wish I had stayed longer. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth paying for, the 5th floor views were beautiful, and I really appreciated the free luggage storage after checkout. Staff were kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. The room also had AC, although I personally didn’t need to use it during my stay. The only small improvement I’d suggest would be slightly stronger water pressure in the showers, but overall everything was fantastic and the room extras were a lovely touch. "

"The hotel is very close to the train station and the terminal for the ATVO/ACTV airport bus, as well as many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and a good size for the 3 adults in our family. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the employees there were very helpful. There was a smell in the bathroom, which I assume would have been from the very old sewer system, but I don’t think could have been resolved by the staff. We simply kept the bathroom door closed. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. "

"Location was the only real good thing. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, pillows were like sleeping on a book, the room was very dark and made you not want to go back except to sleep. AC definitely not. Breakfast was continental and ‘ok’. "
