The hotel is beautiful and right on the canal Minutes away from restaurants, cafes, gelato shops and gondola rides. It’s in the less busy part of Venezia and minutes from the train station. 20-30 minute walk from the busier more touristy part of Venezia. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The only issue we had was our room’s AC was not working so we got switched to a different room and when we showered it flooded the bathroom. However, a quick call and they sent someone to clean up the flood.

Good rooms, amazing city, terrible service. The rooms were average size, quiet, and very clean. The neighbourhood is lovely, and positioned conveniently close to the train station and transit. Customer service was disappointing, though: every staff interaction gave a clear impression that guests were an annoyance. If you’re looking for a clean place to sleep, the hotel is fine. If you’re looking for your hotel to be part of your Venice experience, I’d look elsewhere.

Great location, beautiful rooms and helpful staff. Everything was as it should. The only "negative" is that there is no fitness center on site. You have to walk about 15 minutes over to the Sheraton and use theirs. But, I did and that was fine. I would highly recommend the property.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Room is clean and luxury. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel and have no idea about it. In my opinion, the hotel meets the expectations suggested by its rating on Expedia.
